Dan Guarnera joined Kellogg Hansen as an associate in 2015.  He represents clients at the trial and appellate levels, as well as in government investigations.  He has litigated cases involving a broad range of subject matter, including antitrust, consumer-protection law, intellectual property, and the First Amendment.    

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Guarnera was a law clerk to the Honorable Diane S. Sykes on the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.  Before law school he served as director of government relations for the national trade association of drug addiction treatment professionals. 

Mr. Guarnera studied law at the University of Virginia School of Law and business administration at the Darden School of Business. He holds bachelor’s degrees from American University in Political Science and French/European Studies.
