Daniel Szuba is a 3L student at the University of Akron School of Law. He served as the president of his school’s Federalist Society chapter during the 2024–2025 academic year, during which the chapter won the 2025 James Madison Award for Chapter of the Year.
 
Daniel is the 3L Student Liaison to the Federalist Society's Federalism & Separation of Powers Practice Group. 
 
He is also a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard, having served on active duty from 2019 to 2023.
