Alexis I. Fragosa serves as special assistant and counsel to Commissioner Gail Heriot of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights. Alexis received her law degree from Southwestern Law School, her M.B.A. from Claremont Graduate University, and her B.A. in Classical Studies (Latin & Ancient Greek) and History from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She is a member of the California Bar, Washington, D.C. Bar, and the U.S. Supreme Court Bar.
