Welcome to the newly branded Deep Dive podcast series by the Federalist Society’s Regulatory Transparency Project (RTP). Typical of other Federalist Society podcasts, Deep Dives are recorded calls with regulatory experts on a widely diverse set of topics. They are each up to an hour in length and almost always have Q&A from members who dial in for the broadcasts.

We have had 83 episodes so far, recently covering the Supreme Court case County of Maui, Hawaii v. Hawaii Wildlife Fund. This is the RTP's longest running of our podcast offerings, and will likely be our most frequent.

I hope you will consider listening or calling in live to our Deep Dive podcasts and subscribing to it on whatever podcast platform you use regularly. We would love to hear from you about what other topics we should be covering on the show and what we can do to make the podcast more useful to you.
